Whether it is communication about accommodation problems, a request for advice or an additional service, communication with clients implies continuous availability of employees and, very often, brings along certain communication difficulties due to poor language skills. GuesTool application seeks to automate part of this communication to make hotel or apartment business more efficient - reducing business costs, improving communication with the customer, and providing the customer with a higher level of service.
